V. GLOBAL LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

Abandoned Cargo Liability: Should a package be abandoned, destroyed, seized, or returned to our facility due to customer refusal to provide customs documentation, refusal to pay applicable duties, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's holding period, the customer shall be liable for all resulting costs as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund or invoiced to the customer if they exceed the refund value.
