The shipping method and carrier are selected by our logistics team to ensure the most secure and efficient route to your destination.
II. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT DISCLOSURE
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, we disclose that products sold on ourbeautifulworldllc.com are fulfilled and shipped by a third-party logistics partner from international warehouse locations. Your order may originate from a location outside your country of residence, including but not limited to China and other international fulfillment centers. This does not affect the quality, authenticity, or warranty of your purchase.

VI. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Customs Clearance: International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control.
Duties & Taxes: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may be assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival of your shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. Non-Refundable Duties: Any duties, taxes, or import fees paid on the original order are strictly non-refundable in the event of a return. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
Identification Requirements: To facilitate customs clearance, carriers may require government-issued identification (e.g., Tax ID, CURP, RFC, or other documentation mandated by your local customs authority). Providing this information promptly is the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to do so may result in delays, seizure, or return of your shipment.
VII. ABANDONED, REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
In the event that a shipment is:
- Abandoned or uncollected beyond the carrier's holding period
- Refused by the customer at the point of delivery
- Returned to our facility due to failure to provide required customs documentation
- Returned due to refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes
- Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
The customer shall be held fully liable for all resulting costs, including return shipping fees, international freight charges, storage fees, customs clearance costs, and a $25 USD administrative processing fee. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. If total costs exceed the refund value, the customer will be invoiced for the outstanding balance. No refund will be issued until all associated costs have been settled.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
VIII. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@ourbeautifulworldllc.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Upon confirmation of loss, we will offer a replacement shipment or full refund at our discretion.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Photograph the damaged outer packaging before opening
- Photograph the damaged item(s) inside
- Contact us at hello@ourbeautifulworldllc.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and photographic/video evidence
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without supporting evidence may not be eligible for a remedy. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable by law.
IX. RETURNS & REDIRECTIONS
USA Returns: We offer complimentary return shipping for domestic USA customers within our 30-day return window. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided upon return approval.
International Returns: While outgoing shipping is complimentary worldwide, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes required to deliver the item to our Returns Processing Center in Hoover, Alabama, USA. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
